(Buyer Beware) Very dodgy indeed they would have to be the worst company I've ever deal with and I will never again.Please pay the extra and buy from Bunnings, Harvey Norman, If you have any warranty issues or defects its sorted on the spot, You don't have to argue your point with the manager they just tell you to go get another.And wait till you go back with a warranty issue that's when it gets really interesting.

My mum bought items from this place a year ago and paid for delivery as well. She still hasn’t received her items or a refund. She has contacted the company multiple times with the invoice and receipt in an attempt to get her items or a refund and now they have blocked her from their page! Definitely don’t recommend this page unless you just want to waste your money with nothing in return. Very unprofessional

We recently purchased a bath tub from the bathroom outlet. After installation we noticed the bathtub was leaking a yellow liquid. We got our plumber to come back to lift the bathtub which showed the bathtub was faulty, leaking fibreglass resin. We contacted the bathroom outlet to inform the bathtub was faulty and we would like a refund or exchange, several emails we have sent. The manager (Andrew) replies to emails saying he will call us back. It’s been 5 weeks now, Still hasn’t contacted us. Don’t bother with the bathroom outlet unless you want poor customer service and cheap faulty products.

Do not buy bath from here. Ours leaked yellow smelly substance all over our floor stinking out half the house. When I asked for refund or replacement I just got told “this has never happened before” and still waiting after 5 weeks for an acceptable resolution. This is a breach of consumer law. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

Great customer service. Very attentive and great prices. Came here to purchase a shower head whilst they had a sale and it was cheaper and better quality than the Bunnings alternative.

Lots of range and products on display. I did find it a little bit expensive compared to other places. they also didn't seem to want to haggle on their prices. They also didn't seem to want to return a product that was leaking and not appropriate for what I needed. I'm not sure if I would return.

Buyer beware. Purchased items and paid in full (as requested)11 weeks ago but items not delivered. They don't respond to emails and refuse to allow me to speak to a manager. No product and they are unable to tell me if or when it will arrive. Save yourself some sanity and shop elsewhere. Extremely disappointing customer service.

Great prices, great service and fantastic after sales service too. They had everything we needed - there's a good range there. Go and see Andrew at The Bathroom Outlet. Would shop there again - highly recommended
